Dimensional Control Systems, Inc. (DCS) is hosting a free webinar event on May 22nd at 11 AM EST, 2014. This webinar will demonstrate how OEM’s and manufacturers can use reporting to make quality data sharing with suppliers quick and easy.
Let’s face it, sharing quality and inspection data is not a simple feat. Most suppliers send outputs from their measuring equipment that arrives as stacks of text and excel sheets. Just sorting and organizing all the incoming data alone is a major task, let alone analyzing or checking it.
As a supplier, there isn’t a great way to send data. Most suppliers have multiple customers, all using different internal systems and requiring different outputs. It’s a full time job just to convert and prepare the reports to send.
