de an\u00e1lisis de variaciones se consideran modelados de &#8220;cuerpo r\u00edgido&#8221; o &#8220;no conforme&#8221;; es decir, que cada pieza del conjunto no se flexiona o no se distorsionar\u00eda mediante un proceso de montaje como la soldadura, la sujeci\u00f3n o la liberaci\u00f3n de una fijaci\u00f3n de montaje.<\/p><p>Aunque \u00e9ste puede ser el caso de algunos componentes mecanizados, la mayor\u00eda de los productos y materiales, como las chapas met\u00e1licas, los pl\u00e1sticos, el aluminio, etc., pueden verse muy influenciados por los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n (tanto de fabricaci\u00f3n como de montaje), cambiando as\u00ed la integridad dimensional o la forma de la pieza\/ensamblaje. El An\u00e1lisis de Elementos Finitos (AEF) se utiliza para determinar las tensiones y desplazamientos en objetos y sistemas mec\u00e1nicos, y es la base de este avance puntero en el an\u00e1lisis predictivo. <\/p><p>3DCS FEA Compliant Modeler, un m\u00f3dulo adicional de las soluciones de software 3DCS, utiliza m\u00e9todos de AEF para simular con precisi\u00f3n la variaci\u00f3n de piezas y
